🎟️ How to open a ticket
BTF Support Tickets
Please only open a ticket for the following reasons:
You have donated Baller or a Custom Gun.
You have encountered an issue with the store.
You require support with your forum account.
If you open a ticket for another reason, your ticket will be closed.
Once you have joined the discord server click on #open-a-ticket channel
When opening a ticket please choose from an option below.
Your ticket will be created.
Please fill out the infomation and a member of the donation support team will be with you.
Please do not open a ticket for the following reasons:
You have found an in-game bug, please report a bug here: https://github.com/BTFStudios/issue-tracker/issues
You cannot connect to the server, please ask in #game-support in the BTF Discord for help.
Opening multiple tickets for the same issue, this will only slow down the process.
Opening a ticket to claim or get help with the twitter reward, please read https://docs.btfstudios.ltd/link-twitter.
Opening a ticket because you would like to report your car. You can open a carreport in our main discord with the /carreport command.
